In the traditional ordering system, assume you need your merchandises to be delivered in June, then you will need to place your orders to your supplier with colors breakdown in January, and you will also need to give the size breakdown of each color by February for your supplier to order accessories for production. If the color trend change before the delivery, you are not able to change your orders. Or else it will cause a serious delay in the delivery.

Furthermore, if one or two colors sell very well and the figures soon beyond your projection in the beginning of the sales season, your re-order will be delivered within 4-5 months. By that time, it may be the end of the season already.

IDF give you a new ordering system, not only flexible with colors but also in delivery lead-time. For June delivery, you need to place the order in February but we do not need the colors breakdown. The order is all in greige. All you need is to prepare an order in lump sum. Sizes assortment is only with the fabrics. By early May, when you have gathered the latest information in color trend, we will need required by late March because the IDF accessories which are in greige too, do not need to match color your colors breakdown to proceed the garment dyeing. Remember, your colors ratio only need to be fixed by that time which you should have a more accurate forecast than ever. Besides, there are two scenarios for ordering in colors:

i) You can give 100% of your order and make one delivery.

ii) Or you can partly give us your colors breakdown and keep the balance in our warehouse for backup. After the merchandise's launched in the market, you can have the real market information to adjust the colors ratio for the balance orders.
What you have ordered can flexibly cope with the sales. Furthermore, the merchandise you have kept in our warehouse is in greige, you should not have any problem to add one or more colors when you found it necessary. This gives you an additional flexibility.
