IDF is a new dyeing
technology invented by UTAX and it is applied in
lady's underwear. It was first launched in Japan in early 1996.
IDF is an innovatory and advanced system for producing lady's underwear.
Advanced because it gives you more flexibility than ever and adding
a new
color is as picking up a garment in a store.
The whole idea of IDF is come from garment post-dye. Many garment
manufacturers have been post-dyeing garment for years, like jeans and
T-shirts. However, ladies underwear like bra and panty was not very
successful in the past. It was because there were too many components
to make up a bra and each material has different rate of absorption
to dye
stuffs.
After years of study and testing, we have developed a unique technology
as a solution to this technical problem with special machine and method
for the post-dyeing. The result is positive and the color shade has
been
commercially accepted.
